As part of the Aqua Energy Aquatics Complex, the Gym/Fitness Studio provides great exercise equipment available for members and casual users.

Fitness programs are based on individual needs and capabilities based on fitness assessment results.
Our friendly, fully qualified and registered staff pay special attention to individual health and fitness requirements.

Our studio provides modern electronic equipment including VibroGyms, upright and recumbent bikes, steppers, cross trainers, treadmills and rowing machines. All our equipment can be adjusted to suit your size and intensity requirements.

We also have a wide selection of resistance training equipment and free weights, punch bag, weights benches and fit balls. The studio also features Austar viewing covering sporting events and the latest music channels.

Our treadmills are fitted with individual monitors for your own viewing selection; just plug in a set of earphones and enjoy.

All our instructors are fully qualified and registered, are committed to high levels of personal service and are always available to help you.

Our Gym/Fitness Studio is open Weekdays 6am-9pm, Weekends & Public Holidays 9am-6pm 6.
