ESSO BHP BILLITON WELLINGTON ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE - SALE

The ESSO BHP Billiton Entertainment Centre - Sale is a contemporary and exciting entertainment centre in the heart of Gippsland. The intimate atmosphere is coupled with 400 permanent seats in tiered rows, an excellent stage and an orchestra pit thus enabling a variety of performances ranging from eisteddfods to operas with a bit of comedy on the side.  The versatility of the centre also extends to meeting room facilities, for personal or commercial activities. REGENT THEATRE - YARRAM

The Regent Theatre has a seating capacity of up to 700 people with 320 in the dress circle and the remainder in the stalls. The entire auditorium is comfortably heated by a ducted gas-fired system.  Wheelchair access is provided at the front of the Theatre and to one toilet.

The foyer has a kiosk with a refrigerator, freezer, urns, a sink with hot, cold and boiling water, and ample bench space for food preparation.  The mezzanine floor also has catering facilities with bench space, a bar and a sink.

The Regent Theatre was built as a multi-purpose venue in 1930 and is still ideally suited to wide range of uses including theatre, concerts, live performances, cinema, conferences & meetings, weddings, balls and private hire.

THE STRATFORD COURTHOUSE THEATRE AND GALLERY

Built in 1885 and brimming with a colourful history, the Stratford Courthouse is nestled in the Gippsland town of Stratford on the Avon River.

A stunning preservation of beautiful period architecture, the Stratford Courthouse boasts a modern 96-seat theatre that features film and live performances.  Adjoining the theatre is the stylish Court gallery, gift shop and Artists studios.  The Court Gallery displays work from several regular feature artists along with changing exhibitions in the Chamber Gallery.

The theatre boasts a rare intimate feeling that puts the audience into each performance with comfortable tiered seating and unobstructed views. The 96 seats can be retracted to leave a larger stage or open space for workshops or corporate use.  The venue can be booked for a variety of artistic performances.  Local marketing and ticket sales are usually included in the hire rates.
